Australia Cyber Security Act — Statement of Compliance

This page has been prepared by Naked Pools Pty Ltd in accordance with the Cyber Security (Security Standards for Smart Devices) Rules 2025, authorised by the Cyber Security Act 2024.

Naked Pools is committed to the security of our connected products. Our NKD-R and NKD-M Freshwater Systems connect to the Naked Pools app via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. As connected devices supplied to Australian consumers, they are subject to Australia’s mandatory cyber security standards for smart devices.

Our Statement of Compliance

It is declared that, in the opinion of the manufacturer:

  • The NKD-R Freshwater System and NKD-M Freshwater System have each been manufactured in compliance with the requirements of Part 1 of Schedule 1 of the Cyber Security (Security Standards for Smart Devices) Rules 2025.
  • Naked Pools Pty Ltd has complied with any other obligations relating to these products under Part 1 of Schedule 1 of the Cyber Security (Security Standards for Smart Devices) Rules 2025.

Security Requirements

Schedule 1 of the Rules specifies the following security requirements, which apply to our connected products:

Passwords

All passwords used to access the NKD-R and NKD-M Freshwater Systems are unique per device, or are required to be set by the user upon initial setup via the Naked Pools App. No universal, shared, or predictable default passwords are used.

Vulnerability Reporting

Users and security researchers can report security vulnerabilities in our products and app at any time. Reports will be acknowledged and you will receive updates until the issue is resolved.
