Prompt repair. Only concern was that we had to dismantle the chlorinator and send in the post. (but it was pretty easy in the end).

Had great support with the installer. A lot of knowledge about the system. Follow up from Naked was second to none, couldn’t be more helpful. Since the system has been in haven’t had any more issues with the pool. Water is so much better to swim In and is crystal clear.

I recently had the difficult situation of my regular pool shop tests varying wildly, then my pool pump died. Although the pump was covered under warranty it meant I needed to manually sanitize the pool for a couple of weeks. Worse still the pool shop tests showed extremely high copper readings which if true needed to be fixed urgently. Naked Pools support were very prompt with their guidance and helped me work through these issues, firstly they help me establish that the copper in the pool was fine, and then they provided guidance on how to maintain the pool until my pool motor was fixed.
Everything went very well thanks to their support!

After calling the Naked Pools helpline,
I was given a couple of ideas to try and rectify the problem, without success.
I then returned the faulty unit at their expense, a new unit was promptly dispatched. Naked Pools were helpful and efficient.

This has to be the premier pool sanitation system on the NZ market. Paired with the PH controller, and my pool is always sparkling clean and almost maintenance free.
An issue with the PH controller after installation, did cause some head scratching, but the team diligently worked away until it was solved. Thanks Team!
