Once the system is installed and you’ve registered your system with the Naked App, we:


Provide a first check-in call to introduce you to your new pool and freshwater system


Offer regular follow-up calls during the first 12 months

If you’ve never had a pool before, the first 12 months can be daunting and you may be a little overwhelmed with what is required to manage and maintain the pool water and equipment. Our Complete customer Care Plan exists to put you at ease and provide you with all the resources you need to maintain your pool and save you money.
