Bionizer were easy to deal with , the system is easy peasy install. Requires a bit of learning regarding water monitoring but the supplied booklets are full of easy to understand information. Price was quite affordable.

We’ve had our Naked pool system now for one year & we absolutely love it. It’s our first pool & is super easy to use/manitain. Our son especially loves the way the water feels like fresh water. No chemical smell or taste. Brilliant. We recently had an issue where the OxiCell was broken by a pool maintenance technician. Tim was amazing & replaced the part for free. Very good after sales service. We were unsure about installing Naked but have loved the experience.

Had great support with the installer. A lot of knowledge about the system. Follow up from Naked was second to none, couldn’t be more helpful. Since the system has been in haven’t had any more issues with the pool. Water is so much better to swim In and is crystal clear.

I recently had the difficult situation of my regular pool shop tests varying wildly, then my pool pump died. Although the pump was covered under warranty it meant I needed to manually sanitize the pool for a couple of weeks. Worse still the pool shop tests showed extremely high copper readings which if true needed to be fixed urgently. Naked Pools support were very prompt with their guidance and helped me work through these issues, firstly they help me establish that the copper in the pool was fine, and then they provided guidance on how to maintain the pool until my pool motor was fixed.
Everything went very well thanks to their support!
